The Opportunity
The U.S. Army FIRES Program is subordinate to the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC). FIRES (The NGIC FICABranch) provides worldwide targeted structure, facilities and infrastructure based intelligence in support of the Army, DOD, IC and interagency partners in order to provide decisive advantage to Warfi ghters, Decision Makers and enableUnited States security. FIRES supports dozens of operations and Requests for Information (RFI) per year and FIRES products support hundreds of queries per month from customers ranging from the tacti cal to strategic level via various dissemination platforms (GETS, Pulse, etc.)
Responsibilities:

Provides targeting leads in support of SOF/SMU customer problem sets. Expertly finds and fuses SIGINT information from all available intelligence disciplines, including non-standard sources.

Performs SIGINT metadata analysis by combining various types of data to create a product with an increased level of understanding of the targeted area than can be achieved with a single data source.

Collaborates with analysts to identify additional collection platforms and datasets that provide valuable insights or add value to the program's analysis.

Uses Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) techniques to mine large datasets for analytic leads and developmental opportunities.

Performs network and nodal analysis of people, organizations, and locations by fusing SIGINT data from sources including but not limited to cyber, commercial databases, reporting, GEOINT analysis, and OSINT analysis.

Communicates requirements for collection and large datasets to be developed by technologists and software developers.
Qualifications/Required
-
Familiarity and proficiency with all relevant SIGINT tools to be able to access, query, analyze, produce, and disseminate SIGINT information.

Experience with both Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) and Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) foranalysis.

Highly developed ability to conduct SIGINT Pattern of Life development and analysis to support fused-intelligence production.

Experience providing detailed analysis of networks, facilities, and organizations.

6 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree.
Desired

SIGINT background supporting targeting, special activities, special mission units, special operations planning, and interagency special collecti on assets.

Knowledge of Army structure and Defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and disseminati on for intelligence databases and products.

Knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems, especially imagery analysis, signals intelligence and exploitation tools and libraries.

Detailed knowledge of Joint, Inter-agency and Intelligence Community programs and products.

Experience in targeting methodology and tradecraft Knowledge of network analysis.

Experience with assessments, enterprise data integrati on, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design.

Basic familiarity with Cyberoperati ons and infrastructure.

Ten (10) years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree.
-
Experience providing targeting support to US SOF or SMUs.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
