Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of health and safety documentation and preparation of reports.
  • Monitoring and control of compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and rules in the company, including periodic analyses of the state of occupational health and safety, occupational risk assessment, supervision of the results of research into working conditions and compliance with them.
  • Conducting audits and inspections with regard to the implementation of regulations, standards, procedures for occupational health and safety, fire-fighting and environmental protection.
  • Preparation of internal regulations and instructions.
  • Evaluating machinery in terms of operational and process safety.
  • Representing the organisation during inspections and external audits in the field of occupational safety and environmental protection.
  • Conducting training courses for employees on occupational health and safety.
  • Assessing occupational risks according to the UMS Safety methodology.

Our requirements:

  • University degree with specialisation in occupational health and safety or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of English at min. B1.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • A mindset to promote a culture of safety at work and environmental protection, willingness to implement innovative solutions.
  • Ability to easily establish contacts and work in a team.
  • Accuracy, independence and good organisation of work.
  • Driving licence in Cat. B (welcome).
