Services Operations Analyst

As a key member of the Services Operations team, the Services Operations Analyst will help drive the success of our services deal cycle. This role will be at the heart of ensuring smooth operations across services sales support, CRM administration, tool management and general business operations. We’re looking for someone who thrives on supporting Services Sales leaders to achieve goals, maintain system data, uses creative problem solving to overcome challenges and is adaptable to the business needs. This role is highly execution focused ensuring smooth day to day operations and enabling the teams to meet their goals efficiently.

What you will do:

  • Be a key business partner to the Client Services leadership team by supporting the pre-sales services activity, handling to completion daily services requests, provide day-to-day administrational support, driving quality and accuracy in all deals.
  • Manage the cycle for turnaround of the Statements of Work (SOW) including but not limited to; scope verification in partnership with the technical scoping team, managing the process for client redlines, estimates on pricing, system and data management with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work with the sales team to maintain integrity of the services deal pipeline and services forecasting.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to meet contract deadlines (Contract Ops, Legal etc.) for clients and comply with Intapp’s standards and protocol.
  • Manage the Change Request contract process for existing projects in partnership with the Engagement Management team.
  • Proactively support the Global Resource Manager with incoming staffing needs within region.
  • Be responsible for reporting including but not limited to; partnering with the Segment Leads to submit weekly bookings forecast.
  • Be a strategic advisor on operational metrics for the regional Client Services leadership team, supporting to achieve KPI’s.
  • Be a OP4i (Intapp’s internal CRM) “SuperUser” and provide general administrational assistance. Develop system expertise and proactively identify systems/process enhancements.
  • Participate in designs, changes, implementations, testing, rollouts, and change management activities for existing and new Intapp Client Services solutions.

What you will need:

  • Experience in an Operational role with a preference in Services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preference given to Operations Management and Business Management studies and 1 – 3 years’ experience.
  • A successful candidate will be client-focused with a strong sense of urgency and making things as effortless as possible for the client, the team, and this role.
  • Ability to analyze data (experience working with excel) and improve operational processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to solve difficult problems; develops creative solutions; ability to identify key issues/problems through analysis and questions; attacks problems systematically.
  • Preferred: Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau and/or system integrations preferred.
