We are looking for a motivated intern to join our support services team in Austin,TX. This role offers hands-on experience in customer support, issue resolution, and service management while working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist support engineers and customer service representatives in resolving client issues.
- Collaborate with teams to improve support processes and service delivery.
- Monitor support metrics and help identify areas for improvement.
- Support client communications and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and learning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, Python scripting and working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and technology.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
