Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist to manage the customised solution, ServiceNow development, ITIL foundation and Stakeholder management knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Custom Application Management:
- Provide support and maintenance for custom ServiceNow applications.
- Work directly with custom applications to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Incident and Change Management:
- Manage and resolve incidents related to custom applications, adhering to defined SLAs.
- Implement change requests following established change management procedures.
- Work within the Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks.
- Technical Development:
- Develop and maintain Service Portal components (Widgets, Widget Instances, Pages).
- Develop and maintain server-side logic using:
- Flow Designer (Sub flows and Actions)
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Notifications
- Email Scripts
- Outbound REST Message Integration
- Transform Maps
- Develop and maintain client-side logic using:
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Proficient in debugging ServiceNow application issues.
- Reporting and Dashboards:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into application performance and usage.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven working experience with ServiceNow Custom Applications.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Proficiency in debugging ServiceNow application issues.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow server-side and client-side development.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
