Within Information Corporate & Cloud Technology (ICCT), IT4IT Service Management is responsible for managing the Service Management process within Robeco through the ServiceNow platform. This platform supports various processes widely used across Robeco, such as ITSM.
Your primary responsibilities will include configuring ServiceNow to meet stakeholders' requirements, building custom applications, performing operational maintenance, and ensuring seamless integration with other IT service management platforms.
Position & Requirements
We are looking for a candidate for the position of "Senior Solution Architect."
In this role, you will be responsible for discussing new requirements with various stakeholders within Robeco. Together with technical consultants within the team, you will translate these requirements into technical solutions. You will convert solutions into smaller MVPs to realize value in the short term and create a plan with dependencies for major topics.
You will support the Product Owner and stakeholders by emphasizing the business value of each solution and determine if the requirements and solutions fit within the vision as determined by the Product Owner. Additionally, you will assess whether the requirements and solutions are feasible based on existing licenses and architectural best practices.
Together with the Product Owner, you will determine the roadmap and vision. You will highlight technical debt and share it with the architecture board. Organizational standards, such as security, will be translated into adjustments and solutions on the platform. You will proactively advise stakeholders on new or expanding features of the platform.
You will create and present presentations and workshops about products of the ServiceNow platform, such as ITSM, CSDM, and interfaces. As part of a DevOps team, you will also develop user stories, peer review code, resolve operational incidents, and participate in Agile/Scrum meetings.
Generic Requirements:
· HBO and/or WO profile.
· Proficient in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
· 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across various projects.
· 32 hours per week
· Start date: 1-04-2025
Qualifications:
· CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
· CSA (Certified System Administrator)
· CIS (IT Service Management)
· Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals
· A good understanding of the following ServiceNow products: ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Portal, Scoped applications, Interfaces.
· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including practical experience in implementing these frameworks in IT projects.
· DevOps mindset and skills.
· Team player.
· Strong consultancy skills.
