This position is part of the Research Grade Quality Control Department located in Fargo, ND and will be on-site. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Research Grade Quality Control Team and report to the Senior Manager responsible for quality control at our advanced campus.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the research grade (RG) lab as it pertains to QC activities, centered around assays performed, results interpreted, and shipping performed according to the customers specifications.

  • Generate daily work instructions to assign and prioritize tasks for RG QC staff.

  • Develop and/or oversee process plans for all work related to research grade products according to clients' set specifications and timelines.

  • Oversee the completion of routine equipment maintenance and calibration events.

  • Ensure production staff receive and complete training on company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in biotechnology, or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Leading people in a manufacturing setting

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $73,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
