- The Product Management team at Lunit plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative healthcare solutions. Our mission is to leverage cutting-edge AI technology to advance cancer care and precision oncology.
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, AI research, design, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and sales. You will define product strategy, build the business case, prioritize features and initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of our roadmap to deliver compelling products for our customers

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define the long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Lunit's mission and market needs.
- Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct in-depth market research, gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and analyze the competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Product Development Lifecycle
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation through development to launch, working closely with engineering, AI, and medical development teams to deliver AI-powered, high-quality precision oncology solutions.
- Product Documentation and Deliverables
- Own key product deliverables, including business case, product roadmap, design history files, customer or product requirements, user manuals, clinical report design, and more.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams such as clinical, regulatory, and marketing to ensure all aspects of product design and development are aligned and delivered successfully.
- Performance Monitoring
- Define key metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvements based on customer feedback and data insights.
- Risk & Compliance Management
- Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations, managing any risks associated with product delivery.
- External Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to manage communications and joint product development programs effectively. Ensure alignment of goals and foster strong partnerships to drive successful product outcomes.
🎯 Qualifications
- Min. 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences product management, ideally in precision oncology
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI or software-based products in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of planning and implementing quality management processes within SaMD and healthcare software development or medical device (ISO 13485, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decisions and prioritize product features and improvements
- Strong business-level English communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of the time
🏅 Preferred Experiences
- Experience with AI/ML-based healthcare solutions or diagnostics products
- Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FDA, CE, MDR) for SaMD products, including experience with regulatory submissions (510(k), PMA, etc.), clinical evaluations, and post-market surveillance
- Knowledge and experience with precision oncology biomarkers and testing
- Extensive experience working in a global environment
- Experience in managing product roadmaps for multiple concurrent projects
- Experience developing and driving strategy for a product team and providing detailed product guidance
- Experience working with external partners (e.g., biopharma, reference labs, medical device manufacturers)
