The Role

Innovapptive has been growing rapidly as our Connected Worker Platform becomes the software of choice for industrial companies across the globe. We are now ready to double down and hit the accelerate button and increase our market penetration. We are looking for a SEO Analyst to join our expanding Demand Generation team. This role will directly report to the Manager Digital Marketing and will work closely with other members of the Marketing team.The SEO Analyst will work collaboratively to manage and support all search engine optimization and organic social media activities. This role includes overseeing and supporting various SEO initiatives aimed at enhancing rankings across major search networks with the ultimate goal of maximizing ROI.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential opportunities for improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements for maximum search engine visibility.
• Off-Page SEO: Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including effective link building, to augment our website's authority and reputation.
• Technical SEO: Collaborate with the web development team to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (including site speed, mobile optimization, and structured data markup), ensuring optimal website performance.
• Analytics/Tools: Proficient in MS Clarity, Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 to identify website optimization opportunities and deliver actionable SEO insights for continuous growth.
• SEO Reporting: Produce regular reports to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous enhancement.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, adapting and optimizing our SEO efforts accordingly.
• Automation: Proficient in leveraging HubSpot's SEO tools for keyword management, ranking tracking, and content optimization, while using HubSpot's analytics to gain insights into organic traffic and collaborating with teams to integrate SEO best practices into marketing initiatives.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors providing SEO-related services, ensuring their deliverables meet established quality standards and timelines, and aligning their services with our SEO strategies and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and IT teams to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive implementation across departments.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Graduate in B.E/B.Tech Computer Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and circuit branches
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in SEO with a demonstrably successful track record of improving organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and key SEO tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed recommendations.
• Proficient in content creation, with the ability to write engaging and SEO-optimized copy for both website and social media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest SEO and social media trends and techniques.
• Proficient in secondary market research techniques and tools.
• Knowledgeable in HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahref and proficient in other SEO tools.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize ad copy and landing page performance is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Experience in creating comprehensive SEO reports and dashboards using Looker Studio and other supportive tools to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to meet monthly SEO targets for traffic, rankings, and conversions by refining strategies based on data insights.
