In the role of an SEO Specialist, your responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, optimizing content, and carrying out various SEO activities aimed at enhancing and optimizing the online presence, rankings, traffic, and conversion rates of our client’s websites. Your proficiency in local SEO techniques and strategies will play a crucial role in achieving peak website performance.

- Review and analyze client sites for areas that need improvement, deletion, or revision.
- Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for client sites.
- Improve a company's organic search results.
- Optimize overall content, including copy, page headings, titles, image tags, meta descriptions, etc.
- Research and monitor keywords to boost client SEO visibility and rankings.
- Optimize keyword placement on client websites.
- Write effective call-to-action statements.
- Write original, powerful SEO content for blogs and websites.
- Implement off-page SEO content strategies such as coding.
- Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics to avoid violating search engine guidelines.
- Forecast trends and determine how they will enhance future traffic
- Communicate effectively and make strategic recommendations to improve website rankings and positions for target keywords
- Prepare analytic reports that include traffic, website, and keyword performance
- Consult with independent web designers to improve the navigation of a site to enhance its search engine ranking.
- Utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO.
- Perform competitive analysis to build actionable SEO strategies and tactics
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing and advertising, or related discipline. Or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years experience in SEO/SEM with an agency or private corporation.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4/Google Ads/Keyword Planner and other web analytics platforms and tools (Moz, Alexa, Scope, SEMrush, etc.)
- Understanding of technical SEO components, such as website speed optimization, mobile optimization, schema markup implementation, canonicalization, and crawl error resolution.
