This position is a hybrid in-office role that is based out of our Mountain View, CA office. Tuesday-Thursday will be working in office.
The salary range for this position is $133,100 - $145,200 however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

For this newly created role, we are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to help shape and drive our organic growth strategy. In this role, you'll leverage technical SEO expertise and data driven analysis to identify performance drivers and use these insights to drive a strong experimentation agenda. You’ll also work closely with a dedicated SEO engineering team and have the opportunity to influence that team’s roadmap. What You'll Do
- Develop and own the overarching SEO strategy and roadmap to drive significant organic traffic and revenue growth for key business areas.
- Lead and mentor SEO analysts (if applicable) or influence cross-functional partners through data-driven insights and strategic direction.
- Define, monitor, and report on key SEO performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Drive the SEO experimentation agenda, prioritizing tests based on potential impact and aligning efforts with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Content teams to champion SEO best practices, prioritize technical SEO initiatives, and ensure seamless integration of SEO requirements into product roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape changes, proactively developing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Oversee advanced competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in SERPs.
- Champion scalable SEO solutions, working with technical partners to automate processes and enhance platform capabilities.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of dedicated SEO experience, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies for large-scale websites, preferably in eCommerce.
- Demonstrated experience leading SEO initiatives, managing projects, and influencing cross-functional teams (direct management experience is a plus).
- Expert-level understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, site architecture, rendering, structured data, site speed), on-page optimization, and off-page strategies.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills; ability to derive insights from large datasets using tools like Google Analytics / Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc., and proficiency with Excel, Google Bigquery/SQL, and/or Python for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts and performance to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Experience influencing product and engineering roadmaps to prioritize SEO initiatives.
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
