Job Description

Trek is seeking an experienced SEO and Analytics Manager to oversee all SEO related activities to its global website. This person will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and advancing Trek’s search engine visibility across all global properties.  Additionally, the SEO manager will stay up to date on SEO trends and best practices

Position Responsibilities 

Keyword Research & Content Optimization:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.

  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to create SEO-aligned content, optimizing metadata, headings, and images

On-Page & Technical SEO:

  • Implement and refine technical SEO practices, ensuring proper indexing, crawling, and web core vitals performance.

  • Optimize site architecture, markup, and performance metrics across all global properties.

  • Lead local search optimization for Trek-owned retail stores, enhancing visibility in specific markets

Link Building & Off-Page Optimization:

  • Design and execute an international link-building strategy to improve site authority and organic rankings.

  • Drive off-page SEO initiatives, including strategic partnerships and outreach campaigns

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate and present comprehensive organic search performance reports to stakeholders using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.

  • Analyze data to identify actionable insights, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.

  • Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

Position Requirements/Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of SEO and Analytics experience required

  • Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques

  • Experience with SEO reporting

  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills 

  • Driven, organized, proactive and efficient

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
