Chain Reaction is looking for an SEO Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the SEO strategy and campaigns for client websites. Ensure alignment with client
goals, brand guidelines, and target audience while optimizing performance.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies and campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google, Search Console etc.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for
- optimization.
- Ensure SEO campaigns are aligned with clients' goals, brand guidelines, and target audience.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, tools, and algorithm changes, applying knowledge to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Art Director, SEO Content Team, and Account Managers, reporting on campaign
- progress and results.
- Lead and manage the SEO team, assigning tasks and projects to SEO Specialists.
- Train and mentor SEO Specialists to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with other teams (web development, design, content, social media) to ensure integrated and consistent SEO efforts.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role managing an SEO team.
- Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns for various clients and industries.
