Sen/Mid AI Engineer - Numarics team

We at Holycode are currently looking for a AI Engineer who is ready to dive into Swiss company Numarics, for a full-time engagement, here in our Belgrade office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development & Fine-Tuning:

• Develop, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for various use cases.
• Optimize pre-trained models to meet specific business needs, ensuring high performance and accuracy.

• GCP AI Services:

• Utilize and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI services for building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions.
• Implement pipelines for training, deploying, and monitoring AI models using GCP tools such as Vertex AI, AutoML, and BigQuery ML.

• Prompt Engineering:

• Design, test, and optimize prompts to enhance model outputs for specific tasks and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI-driven solutions.

• Data Pipeline & Preprocessing:

• Develop robust data pipelines for collecting, preprocessing, and managing datasets used in training and evaluating LLMs.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Performance Evaluation:

• Evaluate model performance through rigorous testing and establish metrics to monitor ongoing improvements.
• Debug and resolve issues related to model inference, scalability, and accuracy.

• Collaboration & Research:

• Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and developers to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies and contribute to research initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with GCP AI services (Vertex AI, AutoML, BigQuery ML, Cloud ML Engine).
• Strong hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs such as Gemini, GPT
• Expertise in prompt engineering and optimizing interactions with LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, transformers, and neural network architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices and tools for CI/CD of machine learning models.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
