We are looking for a Senior/Lead Data Science Engineer who will cooperate with software engineers and data scientists as a key player in designing ML and DL solutions. You will work with internal and external customers to understand specific requirements of the ML enablement, including building, deploying, and monitoring models to operate in batch and real-time modes.

About the Project
Our team is building a new, cutting-edge solution based on Generative AI technology drawn from our experience in commercial projects. The project focuses on simplifying a Business Intelligence process. Its goal is to enable non-technical persons to “speak” to their company data and get the relevant information to support their strategic and daily decision-making process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of background in Data Science/Machine Learning
- Professional experience with GenerativeAI (commercial projects)
- Competency in Machine Learning algorithms, their limitations, and use cases
- A sharp-minded person who can dive into the business domain and emerge with ideas on how to use data to make the business more effective
- Creative person who can convert the data into a story with plots and insights
- Strong communicator who can speak to a client face-to-face, understand business needs, and explain the solution in an easily digestible way

- Develop and implement advanced Machine Learning models: design, build, and optimize models that address complex business problems
