ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role as our Senior Web Analytics Manager, you will be leading the proposition development, strategy, planning and implementation for all analytics and tracking related projects in Denmark.
You will be working closely with Nordic DTA (Data, Tech & Analytics) lead and local CRAFT and client teams to deliver outstanding value to existing and prospective clients by taking lead on assigned projects and pitch processes, encompassing all aspects related to web analytics, tracking and data.
You will be responsible for the daily operations, as well as training and supporting the wider Kinesso staff to develop their skillset within analytics and tracking.
WORK TASKS
- Providing thought leadership within the area of web analytics.
- Working closely together with Digital Specialists and client teams in order to understand and utilize the customer journey through data.
- Securing an effective and professional completion of client projects. This includes making sure deliveries live up to quality standards and that overall deadlines are kept on assigned projects.
- Responsible for web analytics retainers and projects, including measurement plans, tracking implementation, web analytics audits, quality assurance, audience building and more.
- Take part in Global Analytics Council and apply new ideas and solutions in Denmark.
- Pitch prep, delivery and presentations.
- Direct contact to clients.
ABOUT YOU
- You are a highly skilled and passionate Web Analytics professional with 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- You have strong experience within the field of web analytics, with main focus on Google Analytics 4.
- You have skills within tracking and tag management.
- You have a proven track record of account development through innovation and testing techniques.
- You have knowledge into applying analytics data to identify high value audiences.
- You have a strong understanding of the data and media landscape.
- You have experience with different attribution models and challenges they each present.
- Knowledge about CRO, A/B testing, PowerBI, SQL and/or Google Big Query is a plus.
- You can build relations and enjoy the ongoing dialogue with clients and colleagues in order to solve challenges.
- You are a strong communicator; can collaborate with people on all levels, externally and internally.
- You have previous experience with pitch delivery and meetings.
- You are passionate about always being up to speed with the latest within digital analytics.
- You are a detailed focused problem solver that can prioritize tasks and keep momentum in a busy environment.
- You have a strong commercial acumen.
- You are a natural driver/organiser with authority and punch.
- You think proactively and focus on results.
