As a Marketing Delivery Lead within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you will create outstanding visual and motion graphics that will help the design organization tell the amazing stories of what their work can deliver for their users and customers. As a subject matter expert on all things storytelling, you will be responsible for working with a digital design team to understand the work that they are doing, the impact, and creating visual and motion deliverables for executive presentation and demonstration.
Job responsibilities

  • Designs and develops storyboards and narratives to effectively tell the stories of application designers and developers.
  • Creates conceptual imagery and motion assets to visually convey the ideas and capabilities of a program or service.
  • Transforms narratives from concept to polished motion graphics videos for both internal and external promotion.
  • Works independently and self-sufficiently, taking full responsibility for the creation of visual storytelling pieces from start to finish.
  • Proactively anticipates and communicates issues to supervisors, leads, and project managers.
  • Promotes the adoption of inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines, mentors junior designers, and fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in visual design, visual communication, and motion design/VFX.
  • Advanced-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, with high proficiency in Premiere, After Effects, video motion graphics, and compositing.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of User Design, Interaction Design, and Visual/UI Design, with intermediate-level skills in Figma.
  • Proficient in compositing GFX skills, including green screen, keying, tracking, and rotoscoping.
  • Demonstrated ability to create still and animation/videographic deliverables that highlight applications, programs, and other UX deliverables.
  • Proven experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with the ability to incorporate diverse perspectives and abilities into deliverables.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working with visual/motion design for tech companies, showcasing products and features of an app or program.
  • Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and Technology leaders.
  • Knowledge of video editing, video production equipment, including cinema cameras, and still photography is a plus.
  • Experience working in large-scale corporate environments with international teams across multiple time zones.
