The User Experience team at AutoScout24 ensures that we create the right products to deliver delight to customers by working closely with cross- functional partners, brings our brand to life for customers, and connects the dots by creating marketing content that is relevant, fresh, and timely.

What You'll Do
- You are responsible for high-quality, consistent and innovative design and marketing products that are customer-oriented, impactful and intuitive.
- Keep the customer in mind with every design and copy decision, no matter how small.
- Collaborate with other designers, marketers, copywriters, product management, engineers and/or other design disciplines.
- Explore a variety of design options before deciding on a solution.
- Provide clarity when there is a risk that quality could be impacted (unclear requirements, discrepancy between Copy and Design, or off-brand requests). You are able to resolve these ambiguities independently.
What You Bring
- Design expertise: you are an expert in basic design principles like typography, composition, scale, color theory, etc., with a demonstrated working knowledge of how those principles work together. You are able to adapt existing designs for different platforms with a strong attention to detail. You have a clear understanding of accessibility standards and how they impact different types of customer experiences.
- Design thinking: you can articulate the reasons for your design decisions. You seek out feedback and act on it.
- Foster collaboration and communication: you are proactive about engaging with stakeholders, asking questions, sharing knowledge, and connecting people and ideas. You have strong communication skills on all levels in the organisation.
- Language: You should be able to communicate in German.
- You are self-driven, curious and improving every day.
- Ideally you have 5+ years experience in a similar environment. You should be confident in using the complete Adobe Suit. Figma would be an asset.
