Mission and Goals

This is an ecommerce growth/monetisation UX/UI design role involving problem solving through the use of data and UX design principles to enhance our customer's journey and experience throughout our product and userflows, in addition to formalizing interface design solutions which push the bar and drive growth. Focusing on optimizing overall user experience of the product, also while aligning with multiple busniess strategies for growth and conversion. Visually representing a definitive design strategy from concept to through to implementation.

The web and e-commerce team's goal are to make it exceptionally easy for people around the world to discover, buy, and use our suite of products and services. As a result, our team is responsible for driving sustainable business growth by increasing acquisition, monetization, conversion, and retention throughout the end-to-end customer funnel. We use experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to guide our work and optimize the customer experience.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer CRO– E-commerce, you will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and retention teams to design our e-commerce products.  You will focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) from a UI/UX perspective, turning users into loyal, paying customers through intuitive and effective design solutions.

Objectives

  • Conduct thorough user research to understand needs, market trends, and product requirements.

  • Proficient in interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, extracting key insights, and applying them to the design process to optimise functionality and enhance user engagement.

  • Create and iterate on product design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups

  • Understand business problems across our customer set to have context for deliverables.

  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance the user experience.

  • Collaborate closely with researchers and content designers to create, refine, and iterate on new and existing experiences.evelopers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.

  • Provide input on product strategy and roadmap discussions.

Competencies and Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and Mural.

  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards.

  • 5 + years of experience in software product design, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
