BTI360 is hiring an experienced and talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in designing full scale custom solutions across complex enterprise systems. As our User Experience Designer, you have a deep understanding of Human-Centered Design principles, with a proven track record of delivering user-centric solutions. You will play a crucial role in crafting innovative and intuitive user experiences for our products, collaborating closely with customers and development teams.
In this role you will:
- Apply Human-Centered Design principles to deliver thoughtful, user-focused solutions
- Iterate quickly—testing, learning, and refining through rapid prototyping and feedback
- Design accessible, inclusive experiences for a wide range of users
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system to support consistency across products
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Align design decisions with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Thrive in complex organizations by working effectively through ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices, while exploring and integrating emerging technologies to drive innovation
You may thrive in this role if you have the following skills:
- An active Secret clearance; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph preferred
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally with enterprise software in a Lean Agile environment
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping platforms
- Effective communicator and collaborator across teams
- Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional group
- Ability to solve real-world problems with user-friendly, elegant solutions
You may excel in this role if you have the following skills:
- A portfolio that showcases end-to-end product design—including accessible, inclusive solutions—with clear impact and process
- Experience building and maintaining design systems for consistency at scale
- Skilled in leading user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Effective interaction design skills, including animations and motion design
- Ability to receive feedback and navigate ambiguity with confidence
