What you'll be doing
Future are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our UX Design team where you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to create and support Future’s digital products and proprietary technology. You will be passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and detailed crafted user interfaces that help meet user needs and connect our customers to their interests.
Reporting to the UX Design Lead, you will define and lead UX strategy on projects, shaping new products and feature solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities.
You'll represent design expertise across the entire process – from facilitating workshops and
conducting user interviews to concept sketching, wireframing, prototyping and testing your
ideas, and manage these through to development implementation.
The role involves conducting a variety of UX research techniques, including planning and facilitating sessions with tools like Miro, and conducting user testing with the ability to prepare protocols and guides. You will also be responsible for setting up A/B tests, analysing findings, and utilising tools like GA and Analytics to derive insights. In design, you will create and maintain user interfaces, design systems, and style guides using Figma, ensuring the work aligns with brand guidelines while understanding the limitations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
You will will stay up-to-date with the latest UX best practices and developments, seeking professional growth. Experience in online shopping and affiliate marketing design is essential, along with an awareness of industry trends and competitor activity. Your expertise will help drive user-centric design solutions while maintaining a focus on innovation and optimisation.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will also be expected to guide and mentor other designers on the team, providing feedback to help their progression.

UX Research Skills
- Broad understanding and experience conducting a range of UX research techniques, and when to employ them to get the best ROI
- Planning and facilitating research sessions using tools such as Miro to explore problemsand opportunities
- Experience in user testing, moderation skills, preparation of testing protocols and discussion guides
- Experience setting A/B tests & analysis of findings
- GA / Analytics / Statistics
UX Design Skills
- User interface and interaction design
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Expert Figma knowledge of wireframing and prototyping, plus high level UI design principles
- Experience with the opportunities and limitations of HTML, CSS & Javascript
- Brand guardian ensuring the work aligns to brand guidelines
- Experience in design for online shopping and affiliate marketing
