As a Senior US Global Liquidity Solutions Executive Director, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with J.P. Morgan's product, coverage, and trading teams. Your role will involve selling algorithmic trading products and JPM's capabilities across the cash execution landscape. You will maintain and enhance relationships with our institutional clients, ensuring our trading and execution services meet their needs. Your insights and strategic direction will drive the evolution of our execution services in response to market developments.
Job responsibilities:
- Industry Relationship Management & Business Strategy:
- Drive strategic alignment between product and sales objectives with key industry interest areas to enhance exposure and influence.
- Collaborate with the Product team to interpret and respond to upcoming regulatory and market changes, guiding product development and innovation.
- Direct Client Engagement as a Subject Matter Expert:
- Leverage and deepen existing relationships with institutional clients by delivering bespoke trading and execution solutions.
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of client needs, articulate strategic insights, and ensure timely responsiveness to client inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Seamlessly coordinate with coverage, product, and trading teams to optimize the client management process.
- Balance the diverse needs of clients, internal partners, and the firm to achieve superior outcomes.
- Proactive Industry Engagement:
- Actively engage with clients and industry participants through calls, meetings, and events to enhance relationship frequency and quality.
- Serve as a high-caliber 'brand ambassador' in the industry, participating in events and discussions, and delivering external messaging aligned with business priorities.
- Intelligence Gathering and Strategic Insight:
- Gather and relay intelligence about client interests and needs to improve client service and identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Understand client drivers to ensure a balanced alignment across execution channels based on client type and requirements.
- Thought Leadership and Market Insight:
- Establish yourself as a thought leader by staying informed about market trends and developments.
- Share valuable insights with clients and internal teams to drive informed decision-making and strategic growth.
- Content Generation and Distribution:
- Manage and tailor content distribution across business lines, offering personalized service to targeted accounts to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management within a trading environment.
- Expertise in algorithmic trading products and cash execution landscape.
- Strong ability to deliver end-to-end service models to clients.
