Senior UI/UX Designer

Scope of Job:
The UI/UX Designer will work on diverse applications, including web and mobile apps, SaaS platforms, enterprise solutions, and e-commerce systems, focusing on creating intuitive and user-centered designs. The role offers a growth path from hands-on design to leadership positions like Lead Designer or UX Strategist, with opportunities to specialize in areas such as UX research, interaction design, or product management.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Gather and analyze requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand project needs.

·        Conduct user research to understand audience needs and behaviors.

·        Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

·        Create intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.

·        Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes.

·        Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

·        Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

·        Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.

·        Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

·        4-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX Design.

·        Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch.

·        Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) and usability principles.

·        Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive mockups.

·        Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.

·        Knowledge of design systems and style guides.

·        Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

·        Experience working in an Agile development environment.

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Plus+

·        Prior experience in designing SaaS products or enterprise applications.

·        Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.

·        Familiarity with motion graphics and animations for UI interactions.
