Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to help solve business problems.
- Create wireframes, designs, and prototypes for mobile, web, and desktop, to include spaces of all shapes and sizes.
- Map out user flows and information architecture.
- Launch your ideas, which means working from kickoff through development and getting sign-off along the way (e.g. final wires and flows, specs, use cases, etc).
- Prototype your ideas – whether high or low fidelity using the Moquops or Figma.
- Work closely with Project Managers and the Development team to craft and iterate on project needs and goals.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems.
- Always open to feedback, new ideas, and opportunities for self-improvement.
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
- Passionate about maximizing business value.
- Look for ways to help out beyond the scope of your day-to-day work
- Regularly attend daily stand-ups and team meetings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience: UX designer, interactive designer, front-end designer, or equivalent.
- Experience with design systems; ability to use and participate in shaping a design system.
- Have a diverse portfolio and the ability to work in a variety of styles and media
- An excellent understanding of typography
- Proficient in using various design tools (ex: Adobe Creative Suite, Moquops, Figma).
- Ability to communicate and work as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Self-starter with excellent time-management skills and the ability to meet challenging deadlines.
- Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Deductive reasoning, listening, flexibility, critical thinking skills, and the ability to predict problems before they occur.
- Ability to easily adapt and learn new things, whether it’s a new prototyping tool, design process, or business process.
- From time to time, Sketch/Prototype/Test/Implement UI/UX work
