Job Summary

This project involves leading the design of web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience. You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and collaborate with product and development teams to implement designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and translate them into design solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design specifications that communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.

• Work closely with product and development teams to implement designs and ensure alignment with technical constraints and timelines.

• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and high-quality design across all platforms and products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new design tools to continuously improve the design process.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing web and mobile applications.

• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision (or similar tools).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design for multiple screen sizes and devices.

• Ability to create and present design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members.
