Senior UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UI Designer to help shape unique, user-centric products and experiences, particularly in the digital and website space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating user-experience journeys into intuitive, smooth interfaces, with fluency in Figma and Photoshop. Prior experience working in agile environments and collaborating with UX designers, developers, and copywriters is essential. This is a remote position requiring excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
• Take full ownership of design projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.

• Use data-driven insights and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain a library of design assets for ease of reuse.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure design functionality and goals align.
• Create prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visualize design concepts.
• Present and justify your design choices with strong, theory-backed rationale.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Work in a highly collaborative, agile team environment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep expertise in designing for websites and digital interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of usability principles, web-based information architecture, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Figma and Photoshop.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and collaboration with developers.
• Understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, visual weight, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with UX principles.
• Experience with Asana for project management.
• Previous experience working in an agency environment.
