We're looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our finance team! If you're detail-oriented and experienced in managing cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk, this could be a great fit. You'll play a key role in keeping our treasury operations running smoothly across different regions, helping with liquidity management, reporting, and finding ways to improve processes with technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily cash balances, bank accounts, and liquidity levels across all regions to ensure the availability of funds for business operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of both short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, ensuring sufficient liquidity for day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of intercompany funding, loan repayments, and investment transactions.
  • Assist in processing payment runs by ensuring all invoices and payment requests are reviewed, approved, and accurately entered into the payment system.
  • Manage relationships with banking partners, ensuring optimal terms, service quality, and competitive fees.
  • Oversee and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial controls.
  • Assist in identifying and managing financial risks related to foreign exchange and interest rates exposures.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of key treasury reports, including cash flow statements, liquidity analysis, and cash position forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Support with the audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and treasury policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in treasury-related projects aimed at improving overall treasury efficiency and supporting the organization’s financial goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable treasury insights and assist in business initiatives.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACT) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity analysis, and financial risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
  • Experience in using treasury management systems and Microsoft Business Central would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organisations, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams would be a plus. 
  • Experience in a similar role will be a definite plus.
