POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Treasury Analyst to provide operational support for the Treasury department. In this role, you will be required to analyze and interpret complex financial data, prepare treasury reports and analytical documents, maintain internal and external relationships, and execute documentation management.
To be a successful Treasury Analyst, you should demonstrate high level of accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving skills and be proficient in Office suite applications, specifically excel and power point. A skilled Senior Treasury Analyst will be able to produce accurate and timely deliverables and be confident at quickly adapting to changing work environments and priorities, as well as identify and execute process changes and improvements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Monitoring and Managing cash balances for each of the domestic and international bank accounts (50+ bank account and money market accounts) for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Manage funding and investment decisions by overseeing day-to-day cash management.
- Execute cash movements including wires and updating ledgers and databases.
- Develop and manage key banking relationships
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data.
- Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports and banking documents to management.
- Ensuring that Treasury transactions and activities are in compliance with all financial and legal regulations.
- Evaluating and implementing ways to streamline and automate current processes and reporting to reduce manual work and the potential for errors.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed
- Researching and resolving issues while serving as a liaison between banking partners and functional areas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, required;
- A minimum of 3 years' of treasury and cash management experience; finance/accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Office suite applications (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized individual with very strong record-keeping skills.
- Strong financial and mathematic abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
