As a senior consultant in direct distribution transformation, you’ll design and improve business processes and integrate strategic deliverables in line with business models and organizational structures. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of continuous improvement, project management, transformation coordination and change management. More specifically, you will be required to:

Advise your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibility.

Develop project plans, schedules and budget estimates for digital transformation initiatives.

Identify and analyze major issues. Diagnose issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies.

Be responsible for coordinating business integration governance, ensuring that changes are properly integrated to achieve business benefits.

Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in your specialty and make recommendations.

Represent your unit before decision-making bodies.

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field
-
A minimum of six years of relevant transformation management or project management experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Experience drafting quality deliverables, mainly in PowerPoint
-
Experience rolling out transformation projects and/or instant messaging technology or advanced analytics for call reasons

Knowledge of French is required

Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
