The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying effective training for the Business Insurance Lines (BIL) Sales, Operations departments, and other departments as necessary in conjunction with the Corporate Trainer. With subject matter experts, this individual develops training materials, documents and communicates technical processes, facilitates trainings, and aids with onboarding and professional development plans.

Your Impact:

  • Conduct tailored product training sessions for groups of 20 or more, both in-person and virtually, while ensuring attendees learn application features, relevant functions within the context of their roles, and that employee professional development records are maintained.
  • Develop, create, and regularly update training materials and user documentation.
  • Maintain global knowledge of company systems, as they relate to procedures and workflow, and become a subject matter expert for TempWorks products and 3rd party integrations.
  • Assist Sales teams by conducting product demonstrations as needed.
  • Implement training programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance course effectiveness.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect operational updates and change.
  • Assist training manager to coordinate and train associates on systems, processes and
  • procedures.
  • Develop, edit, and maintain additional learning materials - such as, manuals, presentations, guides, handouts, videos, e-Learning, job aids, etc., as necessary.

Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Education, Communication or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in training, education, or similar field.
  • Knowledge of employee development practices and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong communication and interpersonal skills

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, paid time off, and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is $51,800 to $60,000 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
