We are seeking a Senior Training Content Specialist with a strong instructional design background to drive the development and implementation of sales enablement training. This role is instrumental in enhancing sales effectiveness through the design and delivery of engaging, effective, and scalable training solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging and easily understood training programs and materials for sales team members.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain impactful sales content and tools that resonate with client-facing teams and support different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Provide learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
  • Track and report on training completion and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to build training materials.
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales leadership, sales representatives and cross functional subject matter experts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, tools, and resources to drive overall sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design and development of innovative training programs within a corporate or sales environment. Experience working in a channel sales model preferred.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning technologies, and instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and impactful training materials.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging analytics to optimize training effectiveness.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with Articulate 360 and Showpad preferred.
