Technical product manager, Clinical workflow and EHR integration focus

We’re looking for an innovative Technical Product Manager to shape our product roadmap and drive customer-centric solutions. In this role, you’ll create and manage a strategic Product Roadmap that aligns with our vision and success metrics and is informed by market research and user insights. You’ll bring transparency to project progress across teams and leadership, ensure feature development is agile-driven, and advocate for customer-first design and development. As our EHR integration expert, you’ll interface with Epic technical solutions teams and EHR consultants. Join us to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment!
Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain a Product Roadmap based on the organization’s vision, goals, and success metrics, functional area strategies, user input, and market research

Drive transparency to roadmap detail, progress, roadblocks, etc. (across partners, Agile teams, senior leadership, etc.)

Sequence the Product Roadmap to ensure features are developed and released aligned to agile principles

Document and communicate customer, user, and business requirements, aligned with agile principles

Triage and support new features and issues that arise

Advocate for the customer and user internally driving customer-centric design, development, and service

Stay current with relevant regulations and standards and disseminate across functional teams.

Act as a subject matter expert on interoperability and EHR integration, specifically Epic

Project manage customer integration projects and facilitate hand-over to customer-facing GTM teams

Manage EHR support services and EHR consultants.

Facilitate documenting and sharing lessons learned, best practices, and success stories with internal and external teams
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
3-5+ years relevant professional experience
-
Experience working on EHR implementations or integrations into EHRs

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Proven analytic and problem-solving skills

Strong project management skills
-
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners
Nice to have Qualifications:

Understanding of clinical and/or patient workflows

Familiarity with data interoperability, clinical terminology, clinical standards, or EHR build and configuration tools

Detail-oriented but balanced with the ability to see the larger picture

Decisive; willing to form an opinion and defend it

Prior experience working within agile software development environment

Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Comfortable with ambiguity
