CSCS TXKey Responsibilities:
- Learning Design: Create dynamic and user-centric learning experiences across various modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and microlearning.
- Content Development: Design and develop engaging, interactive, and visually appealing educational content that supports learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify learning objectives, audience characteristics, and content gaps.
- Technology Integration: Leverage the latest learning technologies, tools, and platforms to create seamless and scalable solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts, trainers, and business leaders to ensure training initiatives meet organizational objectives.
- User Experience (UX): Incorporate UX principles to create intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Evaluation: Develop assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning experiences and use data to improve outcomes continuously.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Technology, Learning Sciences, or a related field (master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training program design.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as VR/AR, AI, and gamification in learning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning materials.
- Passion for creating innovative and impactful learning solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Graphic design or multimedia development experience.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., ADA, WCAG).
- Certification in instructional design or project management (e.g., CPLP, PMP).
