What is the opportunity?
This role coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.
What will you do?

Ensuring that up-to-date job control language is maintained and documented for each program that is part of a scheduled production run.

Ensuring the documentation and tracking of all shift turnover issues. Contributing to job scheduling and report distribution, as well as data center standards development and enforcement.

Monitoring the library to insure that the proper generation of data files are available for production runs and tracks resolution.

Weekly pager rotation and monitoring production jobs
What you need to succeed?
Must-Have
-
Working experience in Unix Shell Scripting, Vision Programming Language (VPL), PLI, Fortran, Webfocus, JCL, and Progress 4GL languages.

Experience in supporting web application in HTML, Java Script and CSS.

Experienced on various major System/OS upgrades like server upgrade, AIX upgrade, Oracle upgrade, SQL upgrade, Webfocus upgrade.

Good knowledge on VB and Dot Net technology

Experience in resolving complex technical issues and P1/P2 incidents. Providing support to end-users24/7.

Working knowledge in risk and compliance activities, server vulnerability remediation

Participated in disaster recovery exercise.

Good knowledge on DEVOPS tools and Helios pipeline

Acquaintance with Agile methodology
Nice to have
Mainframe, Cobol, JCl, Zeke scheduling .
