Job Description:
- Focusing on mainly Technical Recruitment, which includes developers’ profile. However also will manage non-technical recruitment when needed.
- Managing international hiring of USA, Ukraine and Middle East, where applicable
- Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple vacancies, adopting an innovative sourcing approach and engagement method to bring the best talent to each role
- Tightly manage a multi-stage interview process that ensures decisions are made in a structured way and according to pre-defined criteria with the goal of reducing bias
- Work with other members of the recruitment team to collaborate, share market insights and support each other as required
- Following recruitment process on the ATS and google sheets.
Requirements:
- Atleast 3+ years technical recruitment experience and managing full recruitment lifecycle from a software/ tech industry.
- Exposure of hiring internationally is preferred.
- Expert in use of LinkedIn, must have sound understanding of Applicant Tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Proactive mindset with an unrelenting focus on achieving your goals and targets
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, and ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
