We are looking for a dynamic Technical Program Manager to join our interiors team. In this role, you will collaborate with a talented group of engineers to drive the development of interior systems. You will oversee the scheduling and coordination of multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget. As part of a cross-functional team, you will work closely with managers, directors, designers, engineers, UX specialists, supply chain teams, and safety departments to align efforts, manage resources, and meet delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project progress and foster team collaboration to meet key milestones.
Coordinate activities across various teams, including design, engineering, and supply chain.
Use Jira to track and update engineering tasks and progress.
Share essential project information through Confluence.
Provide regular updates to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage design releases and engineering change requests.
Oversee the flow of information between engineering teams and suppliers.
Stay informed on emerging technologies and innovations from suppliers.
Partner with engineering to refine processes and enhance efficiency.
Ensure smooth data flow between Design, Engineering, and Suppliers, and keep projects on track.
Maintain accurate bills of materials (BOMs) and timing schedules.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
Strong knowledge of interior systems and their development.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and manage frequent changes in priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with automation tools such as Excel, Jira, Catia, VBA, or Python.
Familiarity with the 3DX platform.
Salary Range: $120,000-130,000
