Our Innovation Team

Our Innovation team (engineering and product) brings together 230+ talented individuals in 3 main locations (Montpellier, Paris, and Bucharest). We are organized in agile and autonomous feature teams and share technical knowledge within several communities of practice.

The Product team is composed of 20+ passionate Product Managers located between Montpellier and Paris and has more than ever a pivotal role to set the company which is growing quicker than ever!

Teads roadmap is full of ambitious projects related to the evolution of our offering for both publishers and advertisers including self-serve platforms.

Our ambition for 2024 is to open a Technical Product Manager role focusing on our Platform Engineering and Infrastructure teams. This pivotal role will help to drive the development and execution of our internal strategy on those two foundational layers of our business platform.

We want to foster a robust technical product culture within the teams, to guide the growth and evolution of our internal platform, and to ensure alignment with broader business objectives as well as transformative needs of our engineering. From the early product need identification to the ultimate rollout and adoption monitoring of the Product without neglecting the facilitation of team collaboration during development, this role will be key in ensuring that every item in the roadmap fully achieves its goal of empowering and enabling every Teads Engineering team. We aim to achieve this in a structured and efficient manner by consistently improving and nurturing our product culture.

The Infrastructure and Platform Engineering Teams

The Infrastructure and Platform Engineering teams are two sister teams whose role is to provide core capacities to the entire Teads Engineering with a high level of reliability and robustness.

Fully relying on Cloud (AWS mainly, and GCP), Infrastructure aims at delivering a first-class platform for our product development teams, thanks to the various skill sets of its members (development obviously but also data store, software reliability, operational automation, etc.). DataStores, Streaming pipelines, Container execution, CI, CD, Developer Environment are a few of the numerous services provided by the Infrastructure team.

Platform Engineering can be seen as the layer just above, holding the transverse components and central pieces of our platform. Whether they are seasoned or brand new, the components owned by Platform Engineering, such as our core APIs, are the ones that are core to our systems and business. Hence the need for a strong and long-term follow-up to ensure that they have the proper level of solidity and evolutivity requested by their very true nature of cornerstone. The team constantly aims to find the right balance between centralization, factorization, and internal customer empowerment without compromising on velocity and capacity to innovate.

We transform our systems from the inside by tackling tech debts and integrating robust long-lasting architecture pieces to support our feature apps.
