Amentum is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Technical Analyst/Facilitator to support the Program Executive Office, Submarines (PEO Submarines), to perform R&D, technology maturation and insertion, analysis, testing, and systems engineering to assess and enhance microelectronics component technologies. This shall include updating and enhancing related microelectronics T&E facilities and laboratories; related capabilities associated with the Navy's FBM system and SWS; and DoD strategic weapons platforms employing advanced and critical microelectronics technologies. The goal is to modify and upgrade legacy microelectronics T&E facilities and technologies as well as develop and integrate the next generation of advanced laboratories, laboratory technology systems, test facilities, and other facilities to include design, development, modification, and stand-up requirements.
**Contingent on Contract Award Expected in February or March 2025***
Responsibilities:

The Technical Analyst/Facilitator III conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.

Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).

Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).

Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree and/or PhD; at least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Expertise in overseeing organizational analysis to support the identification of training deficiencies, particularly with regard for assessing workforce skillsets and enabling their development and utilization for advanced mission support.

Extensive experience designing training programs and providing recommendations for training initiatives to government stakeholders.

Experience implementing the PADDIE+M approach used by the Navy

Ability to work independently.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 365.

Able to efficiently use the latest reporting, analysis, and communication technology.

Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
HIRING SALARY RANGE:
$107,000 - $130,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
