How you will contribute
- Provide technical leadership for our data and analytics product roadmap, translating business requirements into achievable technical architectures
- Lead timeline management for complex data initiatives, balancing technical constraints with business priorities
- Design and implement compelling data visualizations that bring insights to life for technical and non-technical users
- Prioritize development items according to deadlines, business context, and technical need
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical best practices for the team
- Partner with engineering teams to move finance data products to AI-readiness
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, resilience, and innovation in Mondelez' data landscape
- Bridge conversations between finance business stakeholders and development teams using knowledge of both Mondelez business domain and technical expertise
- Provide hands-on leadership to technical staff including code reviews, dashboard design reviews, and analysis guidance
- Deeply understand stakeholder needs, product analytics, and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Lead to drive our data and analytics product team's technical vision and execution. This role bridges technical excellence and hands-on development with strategic product thinking, ensuring our data platforms and AI solutions deliver exceptional value. You'll lead a team of talented data and analytics professionals while collaborating with product managers and business stakeholders to build scalable, innovative solutions that transform how Mondelez leverages data.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- EXPERT-LEVEL SQL proficiency, including query optimization.
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS including a natural ability to make things happen around you while proactively managing project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
- DESIGN and data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI
- BUSINESS ACUMEN and strong working knowledge of corporate finance
- CLOUD EXPERIENCE with data solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in data and analytics - including data warehousing, SQL, machine learning, and familiarity with modern AI techniques
- HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE integrating LLM/AI capabilities into data and analytics products
- EXPERIENCE with financial systems specifically SAP, SAC, and Hyperion a definite plus
- INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
