Location:

  • Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. 
  • Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility in choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules.
  • Travel Requirements: 0-10%

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for owning the full life cycle of recruiting activities, including: conducting req intake meetings, drafting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, screening and presenting candidates, prepping interview teams and negotiating offers.
  • Provide a positive, high touch experience to candidates during the entire recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs, desired skill sets and market conditions to create an inclusive recruitment strategy.
  • Maintain accurate reporting data
  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding sessions and execution to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify learning needs, help design and deliver training content that promotes team member development.
  • Promote innovative ways of working by integrating AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support continuous development and align with organizational needs and goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience in accounting, finance, professional services or consulting industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • An interest in AI tools, technology, and innovation
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities at once
  • Previous experience working with various systems such as Breezy, Asana, ADP learning, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Familiarity working independently without constant supervision or direction
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work
  • An adaptable and solution-oriented mindset
  • Curious, eager, and not afraid to ask questions
  • Flexible and open to new experiences
