Job Objective:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring efforts across organization. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders to execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts and hires top talented professionals.
Role Overview:
Based at our Thiruvananthapuram, KL India headquarters, this role focuses on recruiting Top talent. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both traditional and startup hiring methodologies, making it ideal for an enthusiastic recruitment professional eager to drive impactful hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to ensure a strong Top talent pipeline.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Hiring Channels: Leverage multiple sourcing avenues, including Headhunting, job portals, network-sourcing, and referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.
- Data & Reporting: Utilize recruitment analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and report on key hiring metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Any graduate degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in headhunting is mandatory.
- Exposure to startup hiring environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisions with a data-driven approach.
