The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65-140,000/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This Is What You Will Do in This Role
- Work closely with HR business partners and business leaders to understand and fulfill staffing needs
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes
- Analyze data, advise on talent strategy and market trends
- Innovate recruitment approaches and leverage technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract top talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field
- Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization
- Proven strong, technical sales experienceg
- Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects
- Ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction
- Ability to handle multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)
