What we need
Greenbox is embarking on a groundbreaking supply chain journey and is seeking a Senior WMS Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Manhattan Associates Active WMS to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our warehouse management technology stack. This role is integral to scaling our logistics operations across the Greenbox network, ensuring operational efficiency, automation integration, and industry compliance. You will work cross-functionally with business and IT teams, while also leading implementation teams across various phases of deployment.

GreenBox is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.

What you’ll do

Lead and support the implementation of Manhattan Active WMS across the Greenbox distribution network, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.

Develop WMS implementation and support plans tailored to high-growth distribution and automation-driven environments.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to ensure successful execution of WMS rollout activities.

Deploy and configure solutions to support inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, and compliance processes.

Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to review workflows and ensure WMS supports floor processes, including Symbotic WCS, ASRS, GTP, and robotics integrations.

Drive operational integration between WMS and adjacent systems such as TMS, OMS, ERP, YMS, LMS, and Slotting & Appointment Scheduling tools.

Translate business process requirements into detailed technical integration and configuration plans.

Ensure that the WMS meets regulatory, compliance, and operational standards for 3PL logistics environments.

Support ongoing system improvements and enhancements through structured change management and agile practices.

Participate in vendor discussions and support commercial evaluations of solutions from both technical and value perspectives.

Provide post-implementation support and continuously improve system adoption and performance.
What you’ll need
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in WMS implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and integration.

Strong SME-level knowledge of Manhattan systems including Order Management, RF Transactions, Inventory, and Integration tools (ex: Informatic, Sterling etc)

Experience delivering at least 2–3 large-scale WMS implementations, preferably in a 3PL, distribution, or retail setting.

Working knowledge of TMS, OMS, ERP platforms, and logistics execution technologies.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar development lifecycle frameworks.

Proven leadership in cross-functional WMS implementation teams, including mentoring, delegation, and progress tracking.

Strong understanding of system architecture, integration strategies, and data flows around logistics applications.

Experience with Manhattan Active WMS in high-volume, multi-client 3PL or retail logistics environments.

Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write simple queries and perform database validations.

Experience integrating WMS with automation technologies (e.g., Symbotic, Autostore, Knapp, Exotec) and warehouse control systems.

Familiarity with labor and inventory management, order fulfillment, parcel management, and compliance requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.

Able to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Willingness to travel up to 20% to support implementation and go-live efforts.
Our Environment

Up to 20% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly.
