Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and support the growth of Analog Devices. In this role, you will enhance our operational processes by implementing solutions that address evolving business challenges while aligning with our strategic goals. You should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be adaptable to change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Optimization: Define, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that influence supply chain success. Deliver actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Analytics Leadership: Develop and maintain complex models and dashboards by integrating internal and external data to provide valuable insights.
- Operational Efficiency: Utilize advanced data and system analysis techniques to optimize various business processes such as -- Integrated Business Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Scheduling, Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, and Capacity & Materials Planning.
- Project Management: Collaborate with high-level leaders to coordinate and deliver analytics projects that drive strategic decision-making. Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and business process improvements. Lead your own projects while providing technical guidance and consultation to team members and other stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or closely related field
- Excellent analytical and communications skills
- One to three years of work experience in the job offered or closely related occupation
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience working with advanced Supply Chain Modeling and Planning Systems (eg: JDA/Blue Yonder)
- Knowledge of and experience working with MES/ERP systems (eg: SAP)
- Advanced skills in Tableau, Power BI, QlikView
- Advanced data analysis skills and experience using R, Python, SQL, PL/SQL
