Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Supply Chain Analyst to work cross-functionally within our supply chain function. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for creating and managing a backlog of analytics projects, developing detailed plans for execution, and delivering high-impact insights to supply chain stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis within the supply chain domain and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making that optimizes our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, manufacturing, planning) to identify and prioritize key supply chain analytics opportunities.

Create and manage a backlog of analytics projects to address business questions and operational challenges within the supply chain.

Develop detailed plans and timelines for executing analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights to key stakeholders.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations that improve supply chain performance.

Deliver high-quality, data-driven insights using data visualization tools

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all analytics processes and outputs.

Work closely with data teams to access and manipulate relevant data sources.

Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and impact of supply chain analytics.

Present findings and insights to leadership, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling and statistical analysis.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Snowflake SQL, Python and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, preferably within supply chain or logistics operations.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results as an individual contributor.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced data analytics techniques such as machine learning or optimization.
