As a Senior Strategy Analyst, your mission will be to tackle complex business challenges, drive strategic initiatives, and provide data-driven recommendations that shape EBANX’s growth. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, optimizing operations, and influencing decision-making at the highest levels to ensure our long-term success in emerging markets.

You will also be responsible for:

• Solving strategic business challenges, identifying inefficiencies, and optimizing operations to improve performance.
• Conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Developing business cases and driving key initiatives that enhance our market positioning and revenue growth.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Operations) to align strategies and execute solutions.
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Main requirements for this position:

• Experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, or strategic roles within high-growth companies (fintech, payments, e-commerce, or tech startups).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience in B2B strategy, particularly in digital payments, fintech, or e-commerce, is a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience, with a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of delivering complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
• Fluent English
