Job Description
Salesforce Sales Cloud Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud to design, implement, and manage customized solutions that enhance client's sales processes and drive revenue growth.
Business Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and needs, providing expert consulting to develop strategic sales process improvements and roadmaps. Business Process Development: Analyze existing sales processes and develop detailed roadmaps for optimization, ensuring alignment with the client's overall business strategy.
Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor and business analyst, participating in client meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
Solution Design: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
Business Requirement Extraction & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to extract and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Business Requirement Extraction & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ensure that all requirements align with the client's strategic objectives and marketing goals.
Qualifications
Must have Skills: Client Interaction (Strong), Salesforce Workflow, Sales Cloud, Bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
