Job Description: Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, monitor, and drive enterprise IT projects. Create cohesive vision and strategy across products by defining requirements and roadmaps. Act as overall Product Owner to drive clarity of the product to meet commercial and strategic goals. Work on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies. Create formal networks with key decision-makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization. Manage high-impact/large-scale projects/initiatives. Define and articulate use cases/features/requirements for features that have been proposed. Ensure that features and requirements meet entry criteria before assignment release. Solicit and formalize feedback from business teams and technology partners. Perform competitive and gap analysis to understand market trends for existing products and targeted market segments. Ensure adherence to Product Management processes related to change control, documentation, etc. Validate business case and partner readiness to prioritize among feature requests to ensure optimal ROI. Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Program Managers, Marketing, Customer Support across various geographies.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; and three (3) years of experience in technical product management creating full lifecycle product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
Special Skills Requirement: This position also requires education or experience in:
1) Tableau;
2) Product Roadmap;
3) TCP/IP;
4) Splunk, Qradar, or Datadog;
5) Scrum and Agile methodologies; and
6) Jira.

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.
