You will report to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing and work on new markets as part of Global Expansion. You will be responsible for supporting the management and execution of all aspects of biddable media across our fastest growing markets. To be successful you should have a solid understanding of SEM/PPC strategies, a strong analytical mindset and plenty of enthusiasm.

We offer flexible working which allows you to choose where you prefer to work (at home or in office); however, you must reside in the UK and be willing to attend the office for in-person collaboration once a week.

What you will do

  • You will be responsible for campaign planning, execution and management across all biddable media, including PPC, paid social and programmatic display.

  • You will oversee budget pacing, forecasting, and spend allocation across biddable channels to maximise efficiency and ROI.

  • You will execute daily bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and creative optimisations to drive performance.

  • You'll manage execution of day to day biddable media optimisations.

  • You'll monitor and report on campaign performance.

  • You'll analyse performance to identify growth opportunities within the accounts.

Who you are

  • You have 2+ years hands-on experience with set-up, day to day management and optimization of paid search, programmatic display and paid social platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DV360  with a focus on performance and growth.

  • You have a strong track record of managing significant budgets.

  • You have excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to optimise campaigns through the application of data insights.

  • You have working knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualisation platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Data Studio.

Desirable but not essential

  • Broader knowledge of various AdTech and MarTech platforms.

  • Knowledge of other languages.

  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models and incrementality testing.

This is a full time, permanent role with full benefits, including 25 days paid time off plus Christmas off, annual bonus, company stock, health and dental insurance, and pension. We have an office in central London, but our working location policy is fully flexible.

Our recruitment process includes a phone-screen with our Recruiter and 2 stages of interview.
