 We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Digital communications in UPM Marketing and Communications Service Center.

“UPM Marketing and Communications Service Center is located in UPM Business Hub in Wrocław, Poland and provides professional marketing and communications services for the global UPM organization. We support activities ranging from graphic design, audio-visual productions, project management, digital communications to digital marketing. We have a key role in ensuring brand alignment and digital enablement as well as increasing internal efficiency. Great internal customer experience and team spirit are in the key role within the Service Center. We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we enjoy working together. We are now looking for a team-oriented and service-minded Senior Specialist, Digital communications. Interested? What you will do 

  • Manage, publish and optimize content in digital channels, with focus on web and marketing automation publishing

  • Act as Key User for the digital channels and provide user support for internal customers in digital content management

  • Support the channel development (testing new features and A/B testing), create guidelines and conduct user trainings for digital channels

  • Understand data analytics to give content planning recommendations as well as quality of creative assets to maximize the performance of digital content

  • Contribute to Service Center KPIs and reporting 

 

 

Who you are 

  • You have a relevant university degree and work experience in web content management and digital publishing

  • You have a very good proficiency in: 

    • English (written and verbal) 

    • web content management (Optimizely tool is considered advantageous)

    • user experience and UX design

  • You have at least basic proficiency in (considered as an asset): 

    • marketing automation publishing (SF Account Engagement tool is considered advantageous) 

    • SEO requirements and search performance tools (BrightEdge and Google Search Console are considered advantageous)  

    • Google analytics 

  • You have good communication skills and can provide great customer experience 

  • You are a team-oriented person, able to take initiative and deliver in a complex, multi-task environment with strict deadlines

The position holder will report to Karolina Kuźniacka, Manager of Marketing and Communications Service Center.
